You would get a lightning invoice from the guy that wants EUR cash. The btc seller will receive euros in his strike account (I just tested this). The robosats order is released and the BTC buyer get gets BTC over lightning.

But just think about this: The guy sells bitcoin to then receive bitcoin that immediately get swapped into EUR 😂
Yes but the BTC purchase is not registered in strike, you just spend some cash deposited from your bank. Like sending fiat from your bank account for a p2p btc purchase.
