If you're worried that centralized systems will take over the space, then it's because you haven't been focusing enough on features that showcase the power of decentralized relays and you haven't been targeting the tiny market share that truly values interoperability.

I dunno. The people I’ve managed to purple pill are creators who are stoked about the uncensorable / interoperable multi app parts. Maybe I’m naively optimistic, but these seem to be the winning value props that get people over the hump.

I’ve got hope and wish you the best!! Lots of demand for something like gitcitadel in the nostr dev circles as far as I can tell - everyone wants to get off github !
