Some day in the not too distant future, there will be a version of #bitcoin that is primarily owned by institutions for the benefit of investors. It will basically be another stock.
There will be another version of bitcoin that is owned primarily by people who use it, as it was originally intended to be used….a purely peer to peer decentralized network.

The second version is the only one that keeps the promise alive, because the first turns a revolution into just another Wall Street toy.

If you want to use your self-custodied utxos in their walled garden you will have to take a BIG haircut.
Which is the second one? The upcoming ecash HF? Or maybe the same network but different UTXOs? Or maybe Lukecoin?
