Should nostr attestations be granular or combined? For example, a restaurant accepts lightning and is seed oil free. Should those be multiple attestations or one?

Multiple
Separate. Combined might be useful where there is irreducible complexity. I. E. Triangle + circle = nothing ; circle + rectangle = nothing ; rectangle + triangle = lever.
