of course they did and there is nothing we can do about it . if we want to actively involved on the society , and up to date with way of living , we really can not avoid this . the only important questioned i asked my self is : to which big tech i trusted my data with more privacy in mind.

Wanted to add that GrapheneOS lets you reject permissions for every app. It's the app marketplaces that request these, not the app developers.
