My guess is there are only around 300 human beings that are (a) on Nostr in a native sense (b) are posting regularly, and (c) put some thought into making a follow-worthy feed. Of those, almost all are posting about Nostr, Bitcoin or both. It's just too small of a base to find other content. Think of Nostr like a Facebook group with its own backend.
