There’s a risk of blood pressure spikes when consuming tyramine-rich foods (e.g. cheese) with Methylene blue. It’s a very old and well documented effect. I encourage you to research a molecule named SkQ1. It’s a much more potent mitochondrial biogenesis agent & antioxidant than Methylene blue, without the cheese effect risk/without the MAO inhibition.

Surely you could just abstain from cheese when taking the MB. Iirc MB doesn't need to be taken chronically in order to benefit from its rejuvenative effects?
