Nice, have you used it? That’s very clever if you’re able to build tracks with the os on a usb. I take it audio would be handled by the host machine still?

Yes! I am testing it regularly too. Dynebolic (and rastasoft.org) is what got me into GNU+Linux in the early 00s. Nowadays I'm deeply involved in the non-profit foundation behind it: Dyne.org, and thus by extension the development of dynebolic. So, I am likely biased. 😅
It will maybe not appeal to those who like to be on the bleeding edge of soft- and hardware. But its a powerful tool with a strong focus on privacy, lightweight logistics and durability.
And yes, the audio will be handled by the host machine or the usb compliant audio device you attach to the host machine.
