Consider ourselves lucky as we didn’t have major fertility issues. Can’t say the same for my sister and her husband 😔 She had horrible endometriosis and went through a surgery and like 12 rounds of IVF with no luck. Stopped trying at this point so my kids will likely not have any cousins from my side. I am still praying and hoping that they end up getting a miracle but window is closing rapidly
