I thought it was. I just checked their GitHub repo, and it's not. However, why they're leaving the US, I think, is because of the nonsense against zkSNACKs.

Is Darkfi still in testnet? Also when Monero goes full membership proof, Pirate chain will be irrelevant in my humble opinion
