I've had people tell me that the specific reason they do not care for Nostr is the high level of Bitcoin related content. These aren't "fearporn addicts". They aren't interested in what centralized systems offer. They just have no interest in the subject of Bitcoin. I don't know anyone that's claimed to hate Nostr, so I can't comment to that.
