Try to drink raw milk and raw kefir. I’m not familiar with store bought kombucha but I know most of them are full of sugar so I never drink them:
I found a functional health doctor that focuses on finding natural cures to the root problem instead of just giving you drugs. I did a stool test and the results showed that my gut was damaged and I was extremely gluten sensitive so I can’t eat gluten. He gave me this gut restoration supplement that I’ve been taking for 2 months now. Gut is shrinking a little and my bowel movements are more regular. I usually get extremely tired around 4 pm but now I don’t get as tired. I brew my own Kombucha so I know it's strong and low sugar. I only flavour with a few berries and some ginger
