@BITwise ๐ณ >>= RIGHTish
this retarded had to switch protocols lol
StevenB++ is who showed to me that any dude with an idea can build stuff and a lot of this PC 20 started with him and he wasnt even #vibecoding this stuff
This is the way. Switching protocols without a hitch.
I shld be able to listen on one app, boost on another, comment on a third, stream by the minute on a fourth and see it all on my nostr feed.
Oh wait, we can already just do all that! ๐ช๐ฝ
Hmm... this is an interesting idea. You're listening data is tied to your npub, so you could listen to 30 minutes of a podcast in Fountain, then when you get to work, log into CurioCaster from your desktop and pick up right where you left off because your data is stored on a relay tied to your npub. ๐ค
This it how it should be. I think nostr's true superpower is psuedoanonymous digital reputation. A single identity you can carry with you across the internet that streamlines your entire tech stack into a single seamless experience without centralizing it.
@npub1yvgr...6pv9 want to try adding nostr podcast likes to one of your apps?
It's pretty simple - just a like button and signing a kind 17 with the podcast guid tags.
These likes do what you describe - follow you from app to app - and tied back to the rss feed via the guids.

I may. I've been out of coding for a few months. The wallet/metadata debate kind of took the wind out of my sails.
I'm really hoping we start to see more feeds using lnurl, it will make the shift to NWC log in more seamless.
