oh yes, they will be ideal. give them a toast before hand and it will help hold the juices.

Ahh man, i read this too late. To be honest though, they held up anyway. The sausages were pretty high quality and so not too fatty. Made a great emergency tea and certainly better than calling in at a fast food outlet
