@npub18hdt...kf64 Jeff, how long can one expect to have to learn/study before being ready to take the technician exam? I want to do it at some point, but don't know how big the investment of time will be.

Antenna towers, repeater stations.....so many once you start looking.

I get really excited when I see big antennas on personal vehicles. I figure out if there is a way to stop and talk to them. Haha

I can tell you one thing. I've been an amateur operator for about seven years and have never regretted it. It's a ton of fun. And you learn so many things that you would have never thought of in the past. Also rabbit holes, there are tons of them.
