Besides @Wizardsardine (Liana) Lightning Labs (TapAss) @TaprootWizards (NFTs)
Who else is doing something with taproot outside of just simple sends? I'm looking for something in production.

It's been in the Liquid road map for a long time.
We're using them for Ark too. No production yet. We use the root keyspend for the cosigning (clArk) and the leaf for the expiration clause.
Taproot is kinda useless.
why would you say this?
I can't think of many (or any?) real-world use cases for it (I know about all the possibilities and theoretical ones).
Schnorr signatures are very good, I can agree with that.
OK, I probably don't know about ALL of them, but you get the idea.
I’m surprised we still don’t have musig or frost widely deployed after 3 years, i thought that was one of the main benefits: smaller multisig that looks like a singlesig tx. tapscript/tree complexity seemed pretty crazy to me but i just assumed i was too dumb to see what it was useful for.
Yeah, same here, kinda.
One weird thing I remember was that while Taproot was being promoted all the time months before activation there was also Miniscript being promoted everywhere, and yet Miniscript didn't have any provision for doing the tapscript stuff or MuSig shenanigans in it or even any developments on that direction -- but to me that could have been its best (and only) use case: to make sense of taptree madness together with MuSig such that all the crazy fallback script things were actually usable.
So now we have no one using any of these things.
Miniscript for taproot just now becoming usable imo 3 years after activation. You could argue it took LN 4+ years to become “usable” after segwit activation. some would argue it’s still not usable. As long as we aren’t worried about quantum issues, i hope we see big adoption with taproot over the next couple years.
Where can I read about Miniscript for Taproot?
