Multisig signing is just broken in Bitcoin currently afaict :/
If you're over 65k sats on that address you can must abandon it and switch to a new one. It'll get swept eventually.

What is the timing of the lightning payouts? I have it configured with a single sig address now and it doesn't look like it is working? Does it payout only when a new block is found? Is there a log of failed/successful attempts? @OCEAN
Lightning payouts are made 30 blocks after each OCEAN block.
Yes payouts on OCEAN only happen when blocks are found (if on chain) or 30 blocks after that (if Lightning) and then some edge cases for on chain.
