Maybe I misunderstood. It sounded like they were just firing out PRs with no understanding of the actual thing being contributed to. I don't see why that would be an important part of working on any team for anything. Again, unless I'm misunderstanding. If it's an actually useful PR addressing some issue, and it works and doesn't harm anything, I guess I can see it.
