It was the OP RETURN limit going from 83 bytes to 100,000 enabling larger file sizes to be embedded in the blockchain more easily

So the chain was facked per Definition back then because someone had a great idea… and now putting filters would not have unfacked it? Or was it extra code on top of this already facked stuff that would have just facked it up even more (bip110)?
This is not even remotely true. Op_return limit was relay policy default not a limit to op_return. Large Non standard op_returns were always possible.
