At the very least, you can follow accounts with high quality content, and then follow the people they follow, to control your own feed. You can also use relayable.org for a free relay that filters spam. They’re entirely donation-supported, so perhaps you may find it’s worth it to send a few sats their way after you’ve tried the service. Or perhaps not.
