Does anyone else find the "x"s hard to tap to remove a notification in #Monstr? I think they are just to small to make proper touch points.

They seem normal on my phone. I even just tested it with some sloppy button pressing and it still removed them.
It could be my vision but they appear tiny to me.
They are tiny for sure. Thought you meant like the area that allowed them to be touched was too small.
