Robosats app is extremely laggy, slow and buggy.

Hi! Which version are you using? Has it ever worked fine for you? Have you tried over WiFi and phone data? Please share with us your experience so we can find what's going on in your case and keep improving

I've been using Robosats for many years. I'm very active therr. It's always been this way. My partners who i trade regularly complain about the same thing. It's frustrating to trade sometimes because there's always issues: either tor not connecting, orders not showing up, unable to pay invoices, delays receiving the sats, chats not working, the list goes on... The latest bug i found was related to passwords, if you used a password on your order, it won't show up on the orders lists and the onion link would show 400 error. With every update, there are bug fixes, but new bugs are added too... It's been years and the app still feels bad. The interface/ux is bad too and extremely unresponsive. I don't know how to explain it, but it's not as fast as my other android apps like Amethyst... it feels sluggish. I wish you guys just rewrote everything from scratch because this is clearly not good. I love Robosats, it's so important, but the app is bad 🥀

I've made more than 100 trades there just in the past 3 years. The app is slow, ugly and very buggy.

Could you please open an issue on GitHub explaining what kind of hardware do you use or what kind of internet connection do you have? That will help us to understand why are you facing those issues and what can we fix. Tor can be buggy sometimes but it's usable most of the times

Nothing to do with my hardware or internet connection. Do you even use the app on a daily basis? You guys should rewrite the app with Kotlin or whatever native android language, and implement material design 3. Our current Robosats is BAD.

Yes, we use it and most of the users have a good experience with it. Even with no standard OS like @GrapheneOS (hard recommended)
