I've tried testing multiple browsers/devices and accounts, I can't seem to replicate your issue. Only time that its happened is when nodes are being janky, which is out of my hands unfortunately.

Yes it's weird I don't know too, for the overlay I tried to restart I didn't change. Am I the only one to have that sync issue ?
