So you're saying that in this example, even though you didn't own the private key, you do own the bitcoin? But if there is no way to enforce that ownership claim, what does it even mean? A court won't enforce it, the bitcoin network won't enforce it. Do you just track the utxo as it moves around and tell people that it's yours?
