I don’t believe in luck.
It’s a mental crutch.
Luck makes it easy to explain why things didn’t happen for you.
It makes it easy to explain away other people’s successes.
The truth is some people are better than you, they’re smarter than you, they work harder than you and they position themselves for opportunities better than you.
Everything is knowable.
Right now at this very moment someone out there knows the thing that will make the next thousand billionaires.
You could know it too.
If you chose to.
If you did the work to know.
Luck is not a factor.

I absolutely believe in luck. All of my successes are rooted in luck. This is what keeps me humble and hard working.
Luck and fate are one in the same
Luck is most definitely a factor (being born as the person your are today was a 1 in a 400 trillion chance), but that doesn't mean we can't make our own luck.
Agreed
L = (P x E) / (A x S)
L = Luck
P = Preparedness (being in the right place at the right time)
E = Expectation (having a positive outlook and expecting good things to happen)
A = Awareness (being aware of opportunities and taking advantage of them)
S = Serendipity (being open to new experiences and encountering unexpected events)
Good Luck
