And who runs the simulation? It's fun that people mock religion and offer the same exact explanation in modern terms. Proposing simulation just because we now have computers and simulators is not smarter than the description they gave 2000 years ago based on common knowledge. The only real answer is that whatever this is we are not going to find answers because we cannot define a system based on what the system contains. So chill and let anybody call it how he wants
