What are the orange chunks? I see banana, cacao nibs, coconut flakes - is it papaya by any chance?

I only know the Kaki variant. Interesting, will check if my veggie dealer has those.
Kakis get soft, Persimon are more crunchy and juicy! Both are super delicious! It’s like a candy for me ☺️
That's why I didn't even consider kakis based on the picture. Will try those persimons soon.
