Okay here is the update she is now doing. She decided on the following to start with:
1. 600mg of Magnesium Glycinate Daily
2. Riboflavin 100mg 4 times a day
3. Has an appointment with physiotherapist for deep neck flexor strengthening and stretches
4. Going to do 150 minutes of light cardio weekly
Not a fan of Doctors but she still went to double check it is all good for breastfeeding and because all habits die hard.
