What do you mean? Eventually the block reward goes to 0. Then without fees it's a waste of electricity mining blocks. Hash rate drops and becomes susceptible to 51% attacks

Zero Block rewards are a lifetime away, block rewards and fees will be enough to secure the network in our lifetime and beyond. No one is going to 51 attack.
