In Taiwan, most of us just used the cheapest $15 grills. We'd fire them up all the time just to hang out with friends and family. It didn't have to be a holiday. Perfect for a guerrilla grill anywhere. If you've got the skills and good company, it doesn't matter what grill you're cooking on.
