Only if you're using it to get software. How many trojan horses are in video/audio files?

That must be a rare case. I did see an .exe in a movie folder once. If a windows users knows how to torrent, I'd be surprised if they didn't delete the .exe right away, or use their client to not download it to begin with. That seems low-risk to me. The file isn't going to run itself.
