**70% of hospital generators now down ahead of diesel cutoff**
Gaza's Health Ministry says 70% of hospital generators are already out of service from fuel and spare-part shortages, days before WHO's diesel cutoff to over 20 facilities takes effect September 19. Separately, a building collapse in Gaza City killed at least 21 people, including 11 children; the IDF denies striking the structure.

**WHO to cut off hospital diesel from 19 September**
Gaza's health ministry says the World Health Organization, citing a funding shortfall, will stop diesel deliveries to more than 20 hospitals and health centers starting September 19, deepening the generator crisis reported yesterday. Separately, strikes on Gaza City, Khan Younis and al-Zawaida killed two and wounded 28, including four children.
