Oh believe me they know about the emotions. Nothing is more annoying to a man than a woman's emotions. A reminder that you have them but never let yourself feel them paired with a demand for emotional regulation skills you never developed because you refused to feel your own emotions your entire life.

I'm fortunate to have a husband that grew up with an emotional/hormonal mother, he knows all about all the emotions and probably some I don't even know about 😂.
