It CAN work as an editor, but it wont allow for superior functionality as premiere, is what the guy is saying in video. In fact it points out it has very rudimentary color-grading, audio features, which is a must have if you are using it to edit videos filmed on a DSLR. Also the last section of the video that goes over the BADs makes a good case for this. But still learned a few things about it.
