Germany's political decision to shut down of a perfectly safe, reliable, and economical nuclear power plant in Gundremmingen is indicative of Germany's and EU's government loathing of Europeans. By shutting down the safest and most dense form of energy, and virtue signalling that the site will be replaced by battery packs powered by solar in "sunny" Germany, the regression towards the dark ages continues. Regular Germans, and Europeans will continue the slide to energy poverty. German business will continue relocating to jurisdictions with pro-human energy policies like Poland, China.

Is it hard to understand I don't want to live in a world of poverty due to dark ages energy policy, and lack of cheap, abundant, and reliable energy sources?

Nobody chooses higher energy costs, and nobody runs on such policies. Germany is just another tax farm in the global empire, and whoever it is, needs the germans to keep paying ridiculous electricity bills, and also deindustrialize. Figure out who is profiting from their ordeal and you will find who is behind it.
