They reduced their training to 47 days, if I remember correctly, and yet the processing capacity of immigration judges for immigrant cases (including those seeking legal status) has not increased... this is probably why you end up in a jail in another state or even another country without a legal response from the current "rule of law"... a bottleneck created intentionally by the administration

You got it right. Trump has been defeated by the court system because they’re rounding up immigrants who are in the process of getting their asylum approved or denied. Only a judge can deport this group of people. That is why they’re jurisdictions shopping these group to different states.
