If Core v30 did not happen
BIP-110 would not happen.
Core v30 was pushed without consensus against 4:1 opposition by compromised and corrupted Core devs.
The Bitcoin community asked and asked and asked Core devs to not do it but they executed they power and pushed it anyway.

Removing yourself from the bitcoin commun'ity and joining a forked chain is to condemn yourself to irrelevance.
What else to do? Simp on Saylor and compromised Core and hope miners that are controlled by the big government and big fiat will be good masters?
I don't see the long run any more. Short run is still okay.
Make your case and build an economic majority.
The BIP-110 movement is not negligible, right? If you fork off, you become irrelevant. Any bitcoin holdings you collectively control are now entirely at the mercy of the people you despise.
If you stay in the community, continue building your movement and making your case, and continue running nodes, you at least stand a chance of holding the line against the next attempt to change bitcoin.
A fork is an admission of defeat.
yes
The only hope is miner decentralization with DATUM and Ocean and more Ocean like pools.
Miners define what Bitcoin is becaise as we saw they don't need node runners.
Current state of miners is centralized meaning Bitcoin is not decentralized.
I admit we were defeated. I try to objectively see reality. But that was one battle. The war is not over.
Then why no one supported your shitty bip? 😂
Nah, cult of Luke wants Luke. Everything else is an excuse. None of the bip110 proponents I've encountered so far have been able to answer even the most basic technical questions about their proposal and can only respond emotionally. Now most of them are off crying like Mike Hearn.
This guy gets it.
Miners do not have any hard power over the protocol.
This is the problem with bip110, no idea how bitcoin actually works, leading to focussing effort in the wrong place.
but miners + majority of bitcoins do have the power to change bitcoin. Saylor & Co are collecting a significant number of coins. How much time do you think is left?
