Probably referring to the fact that Palantir will grow significantly if the OBBBA passes due to the massive investments in AI and data in the bill.

Ok so the surveillance part is in reference to Palantir, I thought he was talking about no capital tax for btc tx, got it now thanks 👍🏼 (and totally agree then)
