Pulled on wooden slabs. Camels. Fairly easy to do. Test yourself, put some plastic under giant furniture and drag. Only takes about 400 people to pull if you do the math, not including camels. Very doable. Floated on dried river from query.

This is not just done by the math, go to a construction side and pull a pallet of bricks for the entire day and you will find out that this is theoretical but not practical
That's the key, it was built from top to bottom. Gravity was invented much later by Sir Isaac Newton. Welcome.
