I would be interested in knowing which countries were included in this. I can honestly say that traditional social media has done nothing good for my mental health. In the last couple years, I have tried to fix my algorithm, but man they push the false beauty standards on women so hard, and at every age! I'm thankful that social media didn't really blow up until I was in my late 20s. It's also interesting that the data here shows male suicide rates have decreased... when, at least in the US, we're constantly being bombarded with "the male loneliness epidemic"... I wonder what's driving the decrease in suicide rates for males, in general. Any ideas?
