What a fantastic day @CYPHERMUNK HOUSE | LONDON Started off with a brilliant yoga session led by @Storm&Bliss - ending with a blissed out meditation hodling us into the new year🧘‍♂️next session 11am 25th Jan (bi-weekly) 📙12 munks turned up for the book club-fab people (for psychopaths) fab discussion. Future format: chat about a book we are each reading - 2/3 ppl share/read a bit of their current read-we discuss and recommend.
