No, not directly, but npub.world shows decent ecosystem stats, now that they have some data & they're people search works really well. ants.sh works for other searches, albiet not as plainly as a typical search engine. By-user metrics are definitely harder to find now... but I'm okay with that. Those stats were always incomplete from incompatibilities anyway.
