Wow, I can't even imagine, glad you made it out of that. Mine has been around over a week now and I'm just fed up with it at this point. I constantly feel like I'm on the rockiest ship in the middle of the ocean.

I've been taking meclizine the past two days and it's worked somewhat but I still have symtpoms. I'm hoping this goes away in the next couple days so I can avoid the valium, but that's good to know in case I need it eventually

Have you tried the Epley Maneuver? It can fix some causes of vertigo (it fixed mine). Has to do with some floating bones or something in the inner ear, I don't remember. Look it up on YouTube.
