isn't it better to use more decentralized storage systems like IPFS? because even if they have another place in Switzerland, it is still a point of attack, whereas with IPFS, files even if they are deleted from a node, the data can sense time on the network until someone saves the file on their node.
There are legal obstacles to doing that. Internet Archive has special exemptions from copyright law due to its status as a library.
Also, IPFS isn't magic. It doesn't magically make space actually become available.
