More NIP-51 related fixes and improvements. Mute page now correctly supports hashtags, words, and threads along with users. Mute gates applied to notes and profiles. If muted by a word/hashtag, the gate will indicate that.
Lastly, if you have encrypted or plaintext entries in your search relays list, they will be preserved as-is. However, any new entries will now be encrypted by default. Thanks @Dikaios1517 for the feedback.

I’m building the client that I want to see in the world. It’s almost ready for its debut but it needs a domain! I plan on registering one for at least 4 years (gotta commit for a full cycle amirite).

I recently created a zap goal for this but realized not many clients support it so we’re gonna do it the easy way.
