Love the idea of saving food scraps for the chickens. There are five percent or less restaurants that dont use seed oils in their kitchen. I suppose I could ask those restaurants that dont use seed oils.

Unneccessary extra limiting factor. Just get the system roling and their diet will mostly be made up of worms from the composting waste once you get it rolling.
