We can only see what’s shown by relays. After spam filtering and deduplication, it appears like you don’t have any messages. What does your client show? Would be useful to compare.

In Amethyst I have a bunch in "New Requests" leading me to believe most are spam as they don't have kind 0 which makes sense, but one in my known/read is
