The existence of aliens or non-human intelligence shouldnt frighten you. I can say with certainty based on my prior career that we’re not alone in the universe & have been visited by NHI.
The universe is much much bigger than you may presently believe & IMO it is naive to think we’re the only intelligent species in the universe.
It is wise to live with an open mind. It’s ok to question your beliefs and consider what’s possible. This includes your spirituality and what you believe to be true about yourself, such as, where you came from, what you really are, what happens after death, and about reality vs illusion. Be ok with challenging and changing your beliefs.
