Pero aquí el problema a resolver son las fake news, Nostr al ser un protocolo resistente a la censura, en teoría nadie podría borrar eventos. El sitio propone la curadoria editorial pero si hay un equipo humano decidiendo cosas ¿Bajo que criterios lo hará? ¿Quien controla ese equipo?

Hay soluciones como tipo web of trust o ponerle comisiones a las publicaciones.

The members are free to publish anything, there is no quality gate or a global editorial team. The membership requirement is designed to reward honest actors. The intent is to build an engaged community that will be willing and able to spot fake news, point that out in the comments (or reports), and debate its merits. And members have control of their own dials, to mute or follow contributions based on their own judgement. Since this is a platform and an opt-in service, the relay reserves the right to remove content for legal reasons. This does not in any way affect the writers' ability to remain censorship resistant on the protocol level.
