Just a quick note for my future self:
It’s been one week since I added meat 🥩 and animal fat back into my diet after eating a plant,eggs,milk,fish,carbs diet for 14 years.
In one week, I’ve eaten around 10% of the carbs I used to. Six tomatoes 🍅, three onions, a few spoons of honey and that’s about it.
Oh, and I also started making my own double-fermented kefir! About 1 dl of healthy probiotics every morning and again in the late evening. Delicious 🤤
Symptoms so far... My energy is back, no more sleepiness after meals, and my morning routines are way easier 🤷. The belly pain that lasted for two years and left doctors puzzled has became hardly noticable!
There must be something to this #carnivore thing!
